Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, property details submitted through listing forms, and booking inquiry details. We also collect standard analytics data (page visits, referral sources) through third-party tools.

How we use it

We use your information to connect you with the relevant host or renter, communicate about listings and inquiries, improve the platform, and send relevant updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Analytics and cookies

We use Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use SpaceSkout — which pages they land on, where they get stuck, and which improvements are worth making. Microsoft Clarity records anonymised session replays and heatmaps of page interactions.

Form fields containing personal information — your name, email address, phone number, street address, ZIP code, password, and any payment details — are masked before recording and are never sent to these tools. The custom labels we attach to a session describe context only: the page you landed on, the type of traffic source, your device category, the type of space being listed, and the city and state of a listing.

If you visit from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before loading any analytics tool, and nothing is loaded if you decline. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies. Elsewhere these tools load by default. You can read Microsoft's privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com.

Exact address privacy

Host property addresses are not displayed publicly. The exact address of a listed space is shared only after a host approves a renter's booking request.
